I stayed here during what seemed like a busy period, but the soundproofing was solid enough that I could barely hear my neighbors. The Wi-Fi actually works properly throughout the building (I tested it obsessively because, well, work never stops), and the air conditioning responds quickly, which honestly saved me during an unexpectedly warm stretch.

Here’s the thing that really won me over – the whole place has this cafe culture woven into its DNA, which makes total sense given the name. The breakfast setup is unpretentious but well-executed, with fresh options that change up enough to keep things interesting if you’re staying multiple days. Parking was straightforward when I visited, though I imagine it could get tighter during peak times. The check-in process was refreshingly efficient – no unnecessary upselling or lengthy explanations about amenities I didn’t ask about. With a 9.2 rating, it’s clearly hitting the mark for most guests, and I can see why. It’s one of those places that doesn’t try to be everything to everyone but does what it promises really well, creating this comfortable, almost homey atmosphere that makes you want to extend your stay just because it feels so… right.

Hotel in Phuket booking should be done early, especially during high season when the island hosts internationally celebrated beach parties and cultural festivals at Patong Beach and other iconic locations.

The owner who works at the front desk was so nice and helpful, she went out of her way to help us when my fiancé was sick and to help us communicate with our tour company. The hotel maids were very nice also and kept the room extra clean.
