You know what caught me off guard about Cafe de Paris? The name had me expecting some fancy French bistro situation, but this three-star spot is actually way more charming and unpretentious than that sounds. I mean, sure, it’s not going to blow your mind with luxury, but there’s something genuinely welcoming about the place that keeps drawing me back whenever I’m in the area.

The lobby has this lived-in feel – not shabby, just comfortable in that way where you can tell real people actually stay here instead of just Instagram influencers passing through. The staff genuinely seem to remember repeat guests, which honestly surprised me the first time the front desk guy asked how my presentation went from my previous visit. That kind of personal touch is pretty rare these days, especially at this price point. The rooms are clean and functional without trying too hard to be trendy – decent beds, reliable WiFi, and bathrooms that actually have water pressure. I’ve noticed they’ve been slowly updating things over the past couple years too, new carpeting in the hallways and what looks like fresh paint in most rooms.

What really works about this place is the breakfast situation – they do this continental spread that’s way better than it has any right to be. Fresh pastries, decent coffee, and they usually have local newspapers scattered around if you’re the type who still reads actual paper. The eating area gets pretty busy around 8 AM with business travelers, but if you roll down closer to 9:30, it’s much more relaxed. Parking can be a bit of a puzzle during peak times, though honestly most places around here have that same issue. The neighborhood itself is solid – you’re walking distance to several good restaurants and there’s a decent grocery store about three blocks over if you need to grab anything. I’ve stayed here probably six or seven times now, and while it’s not going to win any design awards, it consistently delivers on the basics without any unpleasant surprises. For what you pay, that reliability is actually pretty valuable.

  Location was next to everything, but youre basically a room rented by a restaurant. Theres no real staff for your room. Asked bottles of water, and I only had the 2 from the first day and thats it for the other 3 days, you are not the priority of the staff.

  Location is very good. Hotel is located in the middle of everything. It closes to beach restaurants, shopping mall, sports area, and the nightclub and bars. And don’t worry too much about fireworks at night. It is not so irritating that other people complaint.
