They’ve got these beautiful local art pieces scattered around (not the generic stuff you see everywhere), and the staff genuinely seemed happy to see me, which honestly isn’t always a given. My room was clean in that thorough way that tells you the housekeeping team takes pride in their work, and the bed was actually comfortable – you’d be surprised how many places mess that basic thing up. The bathroom was compact but smartly laid out, with decent water pressure and those little touches like quality towels that make a difference when you’re dealing with Thailand’s humidity.

What really won me over, though, was how the place operates day-to-day. The front desk folks know their stuff about getting around the area – not just the tourist traps, but actual useful information about local transport and where to grab good street food nearby. I mean, that’s the kind of local knowledge that can make or break a trip. The Wi-Fi actually works throughout the building (I’m looking at you, other hotels I’ve stayed at), and there’s this quiet efficiency to everything. You’re not dealing with chaos during check-in, breakfast doesn’t turn into a madhouse, and the common areas stay pleasant even when they’re busy. For a place in this price range, that kind of consistent experience is pretty impressive – honestly, I’ve paid twice as much for hotels that couldn’t manage half the attention to detail. It’s not luxury by any stretch, but it’s thoughtful hospitality done right.

  The Appartement is very clean and beautiful. The beds are very comfortable. The owner Joy is so sweet and helpful. Her Cafe down in the building is also so beautiful. We will definitely stay again there. It is very good located, you dont hear any noise from the street.

  It was nice to stay in the apartment, everything was clean and quiet. The owner was always listening to you for everything you asked. The location was strategic, close to all amenities you need, beach, mall, the city all around 5 to 15 minutes walk. if I have to return 100% I will book the same place.

  the room is actually very nice and spacious, it’s got a nice chillin area and a kitchen which we never used. And Joy is a very nice lady and helpful

  Die Vermieterin (Joy) war super nett. Das Apartementhaus liegt relativ zentral und alles wichtige wie Supermarkt, Restaurants, Einkaufzentrum ist fußläufig gut und schnell zu erreichen. Zimmer war sehr sauber. Hier und da leicht reparaturbedürftig (Toilettendeckel und Handtuchhalter). Einzig wirklicher Minuspunkt war die Lage des Zimmers. Zwar ruhig aber im 6. Stock (es gibt ein Apartement pro Stockwerk!) und kein Fahrstuhl. Das sollte man eventuell im Vorwege klären.

  Im Cafe gibt es sehr gute Mahlzeiten (etwas teurer). Die Wohnung ist sehr schön eingerichtet und gemütlich – sehr lichtdurchflutet. Reinigung erfolgt täglich.

  Просторный номер на 6-м этаже с потрясающим видом на город и горы. В номере есть все необходимое, мини-кухня, посуда и прочее. Уборка, смена полотенец каждый день. Есть пляжные полотенца. Хозяйка Joy всегда на связи и готова помочь.
  Внизу есть её же кафе с европейским и тайским меню и потрясающим кофе.
  Имейте в виду, лифта нет, но я была предупреждена и проблем это не вызвало.
