Location-wise, you’re right in the sweet spot where you can walk down to Kamala Beach without breaking a sweat, but you’re high enough up the hillside to escape most of the street noise. The local songthaews stop pretty regularly at the bottom of the hill if you don’t feel like walking back up after a day at the beach – trust me, that hill feels steeper on the way back. There’s this little family-run restaurant about a five-minute walk away that does incredible pad thai for like 60 baht, the kind of place you’d never find if you stayed down in the touristy beachfront area. What really sold me on the whole setup was how quiet it gets in the evenings; you can actually hear the waves from the balcony once the day-trippers head back to Patong. Sure, it’s not going to win any luxury awards, but sometimes you just want a clean, comfortable place with a killer view where you can spread out a bit and feel like you’re actually experiencing the place rather than just passing through it.

  Die Lage ist perfekt. Hotelschlüsselkarte beim Check-In abgeholt, war ok. Mussten für Strom dazu zahlen, was beim Mietvertrag nicht vereinbart war. Übergeber hat schriftlich hinterlegt 1 Baht/Kilowatt. Abgerechnet wurden aber 7 Baht/Kilowatt. Das ist Betrug und nicht zumutbar. In dieser Ferienwohnung C73 sind viele Bodenfliesen locker. Küche und Einrichtung dagegen sind super.
