I’ll be honest – when I first pulled up to beHOME Phuket, I wasn’t entirely sure what to expect. The name had me curious, and after spending a few nights there, I actually think it captures the vibe pretty perfectly. This three-star place has this relaxed, almost residential feel that’s refreshing when you’re tired of cookie-cutter resort experiences.

What struck me right away was how the staff genuinely seemed to care about making you comfortable – not in that overly rehearsed way, but more like they actually wanted you to enjoy your stay. The rooms are clean and thoughtfully laid out, nothing fancy but everything works. I mean, the air conditioning was powerful (crucial in Phuket’s humidity), the Wi-Fi didn’t cut out every five minutes, and the shower had decent pressure. You know what? Sometimes those basics matter more than marble countertops. The beds were surprisingly comfortable too – I’m picky about that stuff and slept really well.

Location-wise, you’re not right in the thick of Patong’s chaos, which honestly was perfect for me. It’s close enough that you can easily get to the main beaches and nightlife when you want to, but far enough that you’re not dealing with constant noise and crowds. I found myself walking to some local spots that felt more authentic – there’s this little coffee place nearby that the locals actually go to, not just tourists. The hotel staff gave me solid recommendations too, stuff I never would have found on TripAdvisor. Getting around is pretty straightforward, though you’ll want to sort out transportation since it’s not like you can just walk everywhere. I grabbed a scooter for a couple days and that worked perfectly. Honestly, with an 8.9 rating from other travelers, I get why people keep coming back here – it’s one of those places that just gets the fundamentals right without trying too hard to impress you with unnecessary bells and whistles.

  This place is modern. I liked very much design of the room. Very comfortable. I appreciated the good lighting in front of the bathroom mirror for shaving (makeup for women). Morning lift to the airport worked flawlassly, when I went out of the hotel the driver was already waiting and it only took some five minutes to the departure hall. 7-11 and some good restaurants just behind the corner.

  Very friendly lady at the reception, easy communication.
  Spotless clean and well equipped studio with everything one needs (microwave, water boiler, dishes, cups and basic crookery). 7/11 with precooked dishes just around the corner. Though do close to the airport, extremely quiet
  It is not even 10 minutes on foot from the airport (domestic & international terminal) safe and well lighted road.
  Will not hesitate to stay again at beHome Phuket. Thank you to everyone.

  The staff was very helpful upfront and even arranged a late check-in and airport pickup for us.
  Check-in itself was a little complicated due to communication problems with the staff, but overall they were very supportive.
  The room is quite basic but has a great view and even a small balcony.
