The three bedrooms are genuinely spacious – not those cramped afterthoughts you sometimes encounter – and each one has enough room for your stuff without feeling like you’re living out of a suitcase. The master bedroom honestly feels more luxurious than some four-star hotel suites I’ve stayed in. What really got me was the attention to details that matter: proper blackout curtains (thank god), bedside tables that actually fit a phone and water glass, and outlets where you need them.

The pool area is where this place really shines, though. It’s not massive, but it’s perfectly sized for lounging without feeling like you’re swimming in a bathtub. The deck furniture is actually comfortable – you know how rare that is – and there’s enough shade that you’re not constantly moving chairs around throughout the day. The gym setup surprised me too. I was expecting maybe a treadmill shoved in a corner somewhere, but they’ve got a proper little fitness space with equipment that’s well-maintained and actually functional. I found myself using it more than I expected, partly because it overlooks the pool area and has these big windows that make morning workouts feel less like punishment. The whole property has this quiet, private feel that’s hard to find these days – you’re not hearing neighbors through thin walls or dealing with hallway noise at all hours. Parking was straightforward, which sounds minor but you know how stressful that can be when you’re hauling luggage and just want to settle in. The check-in process was smooth too, none of that awkward waiting around while someone figures out where your keys are. With a perfect 10 rating, this place has clearly figured out how to make guests feel comfortable without trying too hard. It’s one of those spots where everything just works the way it should, and honestly, that’s more valuable than any fancy amenities that’ll break down halfway through your stay.

  Myself and two friends stayed for 2 weeks, and will definitely be back! The host was amazing; very responsive and super friendly. He was extremely flexible with both check-in and check-out times, gave great recommendations, and even gave us free passes to a local day spa. It was very well equipped with fans and aircon, water filters, and everything else that you'd need travelling to Thailand. 10/10 would recommend

  The small touches…
  
  The villa is simply stunning and Steve is an absolute gem. From the moment I booked the villa Steve was very responsive and helpful.
  
  All the small touches around the villa that were so practical from the wireless speaker, mosquito rackets to the filtered water tap at the sink (only naming a few).
  
  Each room has an en-suite and beautifully presented and the master bedroom is gorgeous and opens up into the pool area. The gym is a bonus addition to the villa. Steve does take pride in maintaining the whole villa.
  
  I initially booked for 4 days but extended an additional 5 nights, as this villa simply felt a home away from home and truly was too beautiful to skip away from.
  
  Steve made the stay so easy, the mind truly did switch off and the villa made it all the more relaxing.
  
  Steve was even helpful in organising catering for a local charity school lunch for us.
  
  If, in Rawai you should definitely book this Villa, you will not be disappointed a little bit of luxury in the simple offerings of Rawai and Steve is the absolute super host!!

  A casa è nova e de construçao moderna, conta com 3 grandes suites, piscina e areas comuns enormes e muito completas.
  O carro fica acomodado dentro da propriedade, que se insere em uma rua de construcao nova, muito calma e segura.
  A realidade è ainda melhor que nas fotos, e o anfitriao foi muito ultil nas informaçoes sobre restaurantes e locais de interese na regiao.

  Прекрасная вилла, чисто, большой бассейн. На кухне есть все необходимое( посудомоечная машина, микроволновая печь, плита, холодильник с ледогенератором, столовые приборы и прочая утварь). Кондиционеры в каждой спальне и гостиной. Солнечные маркизы на террасе и вентиляторы! Удобная мебель! И конечно очень дружелюбный хозяин которые пытался сделать наше пребывание максимально комфортным!
