That pool – and I mean this – sits maybe thirty feet from where the waves hit the sand, so you get this amazing choice between saltwater and chlorine without having to trek anywhere. I spent most mornings doing laps while listening to the surf, which sounds cheesy but actually becomes this meditative routine you start craving. The villa itself feels more like staying at a friend’s beach house than a hotel, honestly. Nothing’s overly polished or intimidating, just comfortable furniture that doesn’t make you worry about sandy feet and rooms that actually catch the ocean breeze instead of forcing you to blast the AC all day.

What really sold me was how the staff seemed to know exactly when to appear and when to disappear. They’ll bring you fresh towels without being asked, but they won’t hover around trying to upsell you on excursions every five minutes. The check-in was refreshingly straightforward – no lengthy presentations about amenities or time-share pitches, just “here’s your key, the beach is that way, let us know if you need anything.” I mean, that 8.6 rating makes sense when you experience how they handle the little things. The rooms aren’t Instagram-perfect, but they’re clean and the beds are actually comfortable, plus you get this unobstructed view that makes you forget about thread counts and marble countertops. During sunset – which, by the way, happens right in front of your window – you realize that sometimes the best luxury is just having direct access to something beautiful without any fuss or pretense around it.

  Villa very close to the Kamala beach and it takes only 10 minutes walk. At the same time it’s kind of isolated place which is very convenient when you stay with kids.
  Me and my family spent fantastic time at this villa, so I strongly recommend to stay here if you are looking for relaxing vacation far from crowded places.
  
  If you forget bread or cookie at the table in the kitchen, then few hours later there might be ants. And it is actually expected issue because you are in tropic area.

  the location is great, it’s across the road from the beach with all the local restaurants and bars within a 5 minute walk.
  having a private pool and garden was great, especially for the kids.
  very spacious comfortable open plan living downstairs with air con, large bedrooms also with air con.
  great WiFi connection, worked throughout the whole house with no problems.

  Очень стильная и красивая вилла, все продумано до мелочей, удобство и комфорт на высшем уровне
  Уютные комнаты, удобные кровати, на вилле есть все для отдыха, отличные кондиционеры в комнатах и гостиной .
  Чистая, красивая и ухоженная территория
  Уютная уличная зона для барбекю, менеджер заботился о нас и был отзывчив на все наши желания, быстро отвечал на все вопросы, ребята организовали классное барбекю. Стиль виллы – отдельное удовольствие для эстетов и тех, кто ценит красоту

  Хорошее расположение, пешком до моря минуты 2-3. Рядом на пляже кафешки. В 2х минутах один из самых популярных и тусовочных бич клаб – Cafe Del Mar.
  Так же рядом находится Carnival Magic и Phuket FantaSea.
  Много зон отдыха на вилле. Зона барбекю.
  Стиралка и сушка (сушка – вообще кайф для страны с высокой влажностью).
  Есть чайник, кофемашина, микроволновка, даже небольшая посудомойка.
  По запросу уборка.
  Владельцы русские, могут подсказать по любому вопросу. Отзывчивые и внимательные. У них же можно скутер арендовать.

  المالك حبوب ولطيف وكل شى متوفر غسالة مواعين كل شى ، كامل اعجبها كله تحف مرهه مهتم بالمكان وطلبته فيش واليوم الثاني جابه ، نظيف المكان وفي شطاف و في غرفه تحت اذا معاكم كبير سن او كرسي المسبح نظيف بس فيه شجر مو حق سباحة صراحة ، في جنبكم خيول اذا تبون يودونكم للشاطئ القريب ، يارب اكون افدتكم
