  Очень уютные апартаменты , есть все необходимое для жизни, вплоть до моющих средств . Компания по сдаче в аренду всегда была на связи , даже заселили раньше на 4 часа от положенного времени. Есть телевизор со смарт тв, на первом этаже здания есть профессиональная прачечная . Уборка раз в неделю – идеальная , очень хорошо и чисто убирают , меняют полотенца и тд .

  Прекрасные апартаменты. Превзошли все ожидания. Наверное, они были лучшим местом, где мне приходилось останавливаться в путешествиях. Новый комплекс. Ухоженная территория. Охрана на входе. Бассейн и зона отдыха на крыше апартаментов. Внутри все очень продумано и чисто. Мастер спальня для родителей (пары) вторая комната для всех остальных). На кухне есть все необходимое, чтобы готовить. Кондиционер в каждой комнате.

  Das Apartment befindet sich in Haus A in der 6. Etage. Der Blick geht nach hinten raus. Dort befinden sich der Garten, ein angrenzender Golfpark, sowie dahinter eine aktuelle Baustelle, von der wir uns nicht belästigt gefühlt haben. Die Wohnung verfügt über einen Balkon, auf der sich zwei Klimageräte befinden. Wir haben den Balkon nur zum Wäsche trocknen genutzt.
  Wir haben uns in dem Apartment sehr wohl gefühlt. Es ist modern eingerichtet und wir empfanden es als sehr leise, was die Nachbarn betrifft. Beide Schlafzimmer und das Wohnzimmer verfügen über Klimaanlagen, die sich sehr gut einstellen ließen. Der Fernseher verfügt über Smart TV (Netflix, AmazonPrime, YouTube und Apple TV mit eigener vorhandener Anmeldung nutzbar). Im Apartment befanden sich 4 Bademäntel (alle eher auf kleine/schmalere Personen ausgelegt) 4 Poolhandtücher, 4 Duschhandtücher, 4 kleine Handtücher, 2 Duschvorleger und Waschlappen.
  Das Apartment ist klein, was uns aber nicht gestört hat. Auf jedem Dach der drei Gebäude befindet sich ein großer Pool. Dieser ist von 6 Uhr bis 21 Uhr nutzbar. Außerdem befindet sich in jeder Etage ein Müllraum. Im EG befinden sich in jedem der drei Häuser jeweils 3 Waschmaschinen und 3 Trockner. Alle Geräte sehr groß und vermutlich Industriegeräte. Ebenfalls gibt es die Möglichkeit Waschmittel (10 Baht) und Weichspüler (10 Baht) aus einem Automaten zu ziehen. Leider war der Automat in Haus A kaputt, jedenfalls haben wir dort nichts bekommen. Wir sind dann einfach in Haus B und C gegangen. Die Nutzung der Waschmaschine und des Trockners fing bei jeweils 50 Baht an.
  Die Umgebung des Hauses ist sehr schön. Das Apartmenthaus befindet sich in einem größer angelegten Park (Laguna). Direkt neben dem Haus war ein Labyrinth, ein See um den man toll laufen konnte, für Hunde ein Doggipark, und ein schöner Spielplatz. Es standen auch einige Mülltonnen zur Verfügung, was man in Thailand sonst weniger vorfindet.

  Красивые апартаменты на 6 этаже в комплексе Laguna Skypark. Фотографии в описании соответствуют. Вид на гольф поле. Нас встретила Марина, все рассказала, объяснила, всегда была на связи. В апартаментах две спальни (в одной кровать queen и приватный санузел, сейф, балкон; в другой -две односпальные). Кровати удобные, постельное белье белоснежное и гладкое, подушки на наш вкус жестковаты. На кухне плита, тостер, чайник, печь СВЧ, вся необходимая посуда. Везде горячая вода (читали в отзывах, что в некоторых апартаментах с этим проблемы, у нас все было отлично). Большой обеденный стол, уютный диван с трансформирующийся журнальным столом. На первом этаже комплекса есть стиральные и сушильные машины. От комплекса до пляжа можно дойти пешком (мин 15 через тенистый парк), можно на бесплатном шаттле (спросить у охраны, они подскажут время, когда он прибывает), можно пешком до Cassia и через озеро на пароме. Минут 5 пешком дежурный магазинчик Tops и прекрасный винный магазин, аллея ресторанов. Можно на шаттле доехать до центрального въезда в Лагуну и пешком пройти по Boat Avenue, там же супермаркет Villa Market (ассортимент отличный), еще чуть дальше Porto de Phuket (магазины и рестораны).
