The thing about staying here is that you’re actually in a pretty sweet spot in Patong – close enough to walk to the beach and all the chaos of Bangla Road when you want it, but far enough away that you’re not dealing with the constant noise and tourist mayhem right outside your window. I mean, let’s be real, Patong can get pretty intense, especially during high season when every street corner has someone trying to sell you something or drag you into a bar. The hotel sits in one of those quieter pockets where you can actually get some decent sleep, which honestly became my favorite thing about the place after a few nights of exploring the area.

The rooms are… well, they’re exactly what you’d expect from a solid three-star property. Clean, functional, with that slightly dated but comfortable vibe that screams “good value without the frills.” The air conditioning works properly (crucial in Thailand’s heat), the beds are firm enough, and the bathroom has decent water pressure – honestly, that’s half the battle won right there. I particularly liked that the staff seemed to actually care about making sure things ran smoothly. Check-in was quick, they helped sort out my motorbike rental without any hassle, and when I had a minor issue with the room key, they fixed it immediately without that reluctant attitude you sometimes get at budget places. The small pool area is nothing spectacular, but it’s perfectly fine for cooling off in the afternoon heat, and there’s usually space to grab a lounger without having to wake up at dawn to claim one. What really sold me on this place, though, is how it feels like a local secret – you’re staying somewhere that actual travelers choose for practical reasons, not just because it showed up first on some booking site. If you’re planning to spend most of your time exploring Phuket anyway and just need a reliable base that won’t drain your budget, this place makes a lot of sense.

  A good distance from the beach but everything else is short walking distance. Nice clean. Staff is nice. Small swimming pool but looks very clean. WiFi is not perfect but very good I will stay here again.

  We stayed in the hotel for 1 month. Everything was good in terms of value for money.

  There is a 7-11 shop nearby and a large grocery shop 10 minutes walk away where the locals shop.
  There are lots of good cafes nearby.
  It takes about 21 minutes to walk to the sea.
