  Hotel staff is really nice and friendly, upon our arrival suitcases were taken up to the lobby by the staff and at the reception we got a nice cold drink and a cold towel.
  Check in was at 3pm but we were way earlier so we were allowed to use the facilities. Is less than 10 minutes walk to the beach so that's an extra point.
  Restaurant needs a lot of improvement, we had dinner 1 night there and everything was messy and disorganized, really hope they will improve this.
  Rooms are really nice and clean and quite big too, definitely gonna come back!

  Big room, modern decoration, comfortable, strong ac. We had a deluxe room with poolside access which we did get on sale at booking.com so was great for the money. Cool poolside bar with very accommodating bar staff on there. Good range of cocktails, try the deluxe suites delight if you are there 🌞

  Location location. It's close to Patong Beach and Bangler Road. There are hundreds of restaurants close by. Locals also have their food stalls set up day and nights in the area.
  
  The hotel is not located in the centre of the action, so it makes it very quiet at night while all the restaurants open till early morning with loud music.
  
  The pool is one of the best that we have been to. Spacious Pool Bar a few jet outlets. Enough sun lounges for everyone
  
  We stayed there from 28th Dec to 12 Jan on the 12th and 18th floor. One was 2 bedrooms, 1 living room with 1 bathroom. Another was 2 bedrooms, 1 living room with 2 bathrooms. Big balcony. The room is very spacious, and the beds, fridge etc are adequate and functional. The latter we had a full size fridge.
