The name honestly made me think it was going to be one of those trying-too-hard boutique places, but it’s actually just a solid, no-nonsense three-star spot that gets the basics really right. I mean, sometimes you don’t need all the bells and whistles – sometimes you just want a place that feels reliable and comfortable without breaking the bank.

The lobby has this sort of understated charm that grows on you. Nothing flashy, but everything’s clean and the staff genuinely seems to care about making your stay work out. I noticed they remember your name pretty quickly, which is always a good sign. The rooms are what you’d expect for this category – not huge, but thoughtfully laid out so you’re not bumping into furniture every time you turn around. The beds are actually pretty decent (I’m picky about mattresses), and the air conditioning doesn’t sound like a jet engine, which honestly can’t be said for every place in this price range. What I really appreciated was the attention to little details – like having enough power outlets in useful spots and water pressure that doesn’t make you question your life choices in the shower.

Here’s the thing about this place though – it’s got that sweet spot vibe where you feel like you’re getting more value than you paid for. The 8.1 rating makes total sense when you spend a few days there. It’s not trying to be something it’s not, but what it does, it does well. The common areas stay pretty quiet, which I loved for actually getting some work done or just relaxing without constant chatter. Parking was straightforward (always a relief), and check-in was refreshingly quick without a bunch of upselling attempts. I’d definitely consider staying here again, especially if I wanted somewhere dependable without any drama. It’s one of those places that just works – and honestly, that’s harder to find than you’d think.

  Great location, close to beach, but far from main road. Lots of diners nearby. Good pool. Nice enough breakfast.

  There is a 7eleven beside the hotel.
  The swimming pool has an excellent view during sunset.

  Check in process was easy. Staff was helpful and friendly. Bed was comfortable and we each had 2 pillows which is a big deal for us. Shower pressure and hot water were great! Wifi worked flawlessly. If you have the opportunity to stay on a Sunday don't miss the afternoon BBQ by the pool with other hotel guests and lots of locals! Great food, great price and the owner, Michael is there to host the party!

  Room was spacious and clean and had a view of the pool and part sea view. The beach was a five minute walk which was great.All staff very friendly food was good. Couldn't fault the hotel most enjoyable.

  The rooms were very spacious and clean. The daily housekeeping kept the rooms spotless.
  Reception staff friendly and helpful.
  Pool area is very relaxing and good for a change of scene away from the beach if you want that.
  Good wifi which consistently worked in the room.
  Location is good, very close the the beach and can walk to the main Bangla Road, if you want lively nightlife, in about 20 minutes.
  Everything you need is within walking distance including shops, cafe, restaurant, ATMs, tour guides, pharmacy and even laundry services.
  I extended my stay as it was great value for money and a comfortable base to explore Phuket.

  Breakfast and the food was really nice, it has a lovely little pool to chill and have a cocktail or 2 at happy hour. The staff cannot do enough for you, and are very friendly. we had a fantastic stay, thank you all, and hope to see you all again soon x

  Very professional customer service. We had to check out early morning because of an early flight and they packed breakfast as take away. Very nice when you get the additional attention even without asking for it.

  Lo mejor del alojamiento es la ubicación, a tan solo 1-2 minutos de la playa caminando. También tiene un supermercado cerca y miles de restaurantes. Las instalaciones están muy bien y está todo limpio.
