  when we arrived, it was a little tricky to find but not hard. unpacked etc, and settled in. out for meal etc and went to bed. had everything we needed.
  spoke to the host about our issues, (see what we didn't like), paid a little extra and we're moved to another site with bungalows and a pool. so peaceful and hidden away but ten minutes walk and in the town for restaurant etc, 20 minutes walk and at the beach.

  Very good location, in the quiet part of Kata, clean rooms, near everything you need (7Eleven, laundry, restaurant). 100Mbps internet connection. Stayed here for almost two months. As frequent visitor to Kata, when I come here again. I will definitely stay here again.
