My room was clean and comfortable (nothing fancy, but everything worked), and honestly, the bed was way more comfortable than I expected. The air conditioning was a lifesaver during the hot afternoons, though I actually preferred opening the windows in the evenings when things cooled down. There’s something nice about hearing the local sounds drift in – street vendors calling out, the occasional motorbike puttering by, kids playing somewhere nearby. It felt authentic, you know?

What really won me over was the attention to small details that most places overlook. Fresh towels appeared without me asking, the WiFi actually worked reliably (crucial for staying in touch with family), and the little touches around the property – like the orchids they clearly take care of – showed someone gives a damn about the place. The common areas were always tidy, and I noticed other guests seemed as relaxed and content as I felt. I mean, you can usually tell when a place treats people well by how the other travelers behave, and everyone here just seemed… happy. The location worked perfectly for what I needed – close enough to get around easily but tucked away from the main tourist chaos. I could walk to decent restaurants and local shops without dealing with crowds, which was exactly what I was hoping for. Parking was straightforward when I rented a scooter for a day, and check-in was refreshingly quick and drama-free. Look, this isn’t going to be the fanciest place you’ll ever stay, but sometimes that’s exactly the point. It’s one of those gems that reminds you why small, family-run places often beat the big chains hands down.

  Great team. Great Location (close to beach, 1 km to Bangla road and quite). Great beautiful courtyard. It is two star but a great deal. Lots of stuff around.

  The location is clean, comfortable, near the patong beach. The staff are very friendly and helpful. They found a taxi for me to go to airport at 3h45 am. I would return to this location when I back to Phuket

  Für mich als nicht-Bangla-Besucher eine hervorragende Lage. Strand nur einen Spaziergang entfernt, sehr gute Restaurants und Caffees in der Nähe, und eben auch gemütliche Bars mit ebenfalls gutem Essen und vor allem guter Musik. Ansonsten familieäres Klima, ziemlich ruhig, sauber und alles hat funktioniert. Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal, englisch kein Problem. Es ist eine kleine und alte Anlage mehr so im Bungalowstil, wie dass vor 20 Jahren halt so war. Dafür aber eben auch vergleichsweise günstig, so dass das passt.
