The rooms have this cozy, lived-in quality that somehow manages to be both simple and comfortable. I mean, don’t expect marble bathrooms or anything, but everything works well and the beds are actually decent (which, let’s face it, is half the battle at this price point). The air conditioning runs quietly too, which saved my sanity during those humid afternoons.

What really won me over was the staff – they have this genuine warmth that you can’t fake. The woman at reception remembered my name after the first day and actually gave useful local tips, not just the standard tourist trap recommendations. She steered me toward this little local market about ten minutes away where I had some of the best som tam I’ve tried outside Bangkok. The resort’s location is one of those sweet spots where you’re close enough to get to the main tourist areas when you want that energy, but far enough away that you’re not dealing with constant noise and crowds. I actually slept really well here, which doesn’t always happen when I’m traveling. The pool area gets lovely afternoon light, and while it’s not huge, it never felt crowded during my stay in shoulder season. You can hear some street noise during the day, but it’s more like the pleasant hum of local life rather than anything disruptive. Parking was straightforward too – not always a given in Phuket these days with how built up everything’s getting.

  Really lovely rooms which were super clean. Loved the fact the balcony lead right out into pool which was really well maintained. 5 min walk to Main Street which was nice as was very quiet at night. All staff were really helpful & nice.

  Great location, close to a bustling street with massage, restaurant, souvenir shop. The room is quite basic, pool is small, but we were put and about. Nice quiet road, no party crowds. Reception stafg was kind and helpful with scooter rental.
