The whole setup feels more like a boutique property than your typical four-star beach resort – there’s this sort of intimate vibe where the staff actually remembers your name after day two.

The rooms themselves are honestly pretty solid for the price point. I stayed in one of their suites and was pleasantly surprised by how much space there was – you get a proper living area that doesn’t feel cramped, plus a balcony that’s actually big enough to sit on with your morning coffee. The bathroom situation is what really impressed me though; they’ve got this rainfall shower setup that works properly (you’d be amazed how many places mess this up), and the water pressure is consistently good even during peak hours. One small thing that bugged me initially was the air conditioning unit – it’s a bit loud when it kicks on, but honestly, after the first night you don’t really notice it anymore.

What I really appreciate about this place is how they handle the whole Surin Beach scene without being right in the thick of it. You can walk down to Catch Beach Club or any of those sunset spots when you want the action, but when you want to actually relax by their pool, it’s genuinely quiet. The pool area is where they really got it right – it’s not huge, but it’s got this nice layout with different levels and plenty of shade options. Plus, their pool service is actually efficient, which sounds minor but makes such a difference when you’re settling in for a lazy afternoon. The location also puts you close enough to Kamala that you can easily grab a taxi there for dinner if you want something beyond the usual Surin options – though honestly, the food scene right around Surin has gotten pretty good in the past couple years. I’d definitely stay here again, especially if you’re looking for that sweet spot between being close to everything but not overwhelmed by it all.
