This five-star property sits right on what feels like your own private stretch of coastline, which honestly makes up for the fact that it’s not in the heart of Patong’s chaos (though some people would call that a feature, not a bug).

The villas themselves have this interesting split personality – they’re definitely luxurious enough to justify the star rating, with those massive bathrooms that have both indoor and semi-outdoor shower situations, but there’s something refreshingly unpretentious about the whole setup. I spent most of my mornings on the private terrace just watching the longtail boats drift by, and the staff seemed to instinctively know when to appear with fresh towels and when to just let you exist in peace. The infinity pool area gets pretty busy around sunset – and honestly, you’ll understand why once you see how the light hits the water – but if you’re an early riser like me, you’ll practically have the whole place to yourself before 9 AM.

What really sold me on this place, though, was how it manages to feel isolated without being inconvenient. You’re far enough from the main tourist strips in Phuket that you won’t hear tuk-tuks honking at 2 AM, but close enough that a quick motorbike ride gets you to decent restaurants and those little local markets where you can actually bargain without feeling like you’re being completely taken for a ride. The hotel’s restaurant is solid – not blow-your-mind incredible, but the kind of reliable good where you won’t feel obligated to venture out every single meal. I actually ended up extending my stay by two nights, which I never do, because there’s something addictive about waking up to those water views and knowing you can literally walk from your bed to snorkeling-worthy water in under three minutes. Sure, it’s pricier than the places closer to town, but when you factor in what you’d spend on transportation and the premium you pay for beachfront anywhere else, it sort of evens out – plus you get that rare thing in busy Phuket: actual tranquility.

  The property was clean & quite. The issues was the location. Too far from any beaches, old town & to walk to chalong bay or the grocery store was not easy nor safe because it was along a highway without a sidewalk. You basically walked on the road along speeding motorists (vehicles & scooters).

  They were actively trying to accommodate us but not matter what it still wasn’t going to be a 5star experience, the upgrade was much nicer, beautiful view, especially from upstairs. Although there was somebody’s left over empty shower gel packet on the side.
  
  Eli was amazing always smiling and communicated with us as much as possible, she did promise a s refund for the first night as we had to move which was good and dirty stain in the toilet.

  Wonderful villa, good facilities and nice colleagues. Everything is clean and looks just like the photos in the description. Public pool is always empty and is a nice place to have some cool photos. highly recommend for families.

  The location of the villas is great, there is no beach but it's very quiet and peaceful and you have a stunning view of the sea.
  It's close to Chalong Pier so it's very convenient to take the boat for a day trip or island transfers.
