  Daranee was fantastic when my already late arrival flight was delayed. She even made sure the night security guard would be there to let me in after 1am in the morning.
  And she told me to get the taxi driver to phone her for directions.
  Very kind lady and so helpful.
  The security man and Zhou, also on reception, were super nice too!
