The lobby has this open-air design that lets the sea breeze flow through, and honestly, after walking around in that humid heat all day, it’s such a relief to step into that cool, airy space. The staff genuinely seems to get that travelers are tired and just want things to work smoothly – I mean, check-in was quick, they had cold towels ready, and nobody tried to upsell me on room upgrades.

The rooms themselves feel more spacious than you’d expect, which matters when you’re dealing with all that beach gear and shopping bags (because let’s face it, you will shop). I loved that they’ve got these deep soaking tubs – after a day of walking around Patong’s chaotic streets or island hopping, soaking in that tub while looking out at the Andaman Sea was pretty much perfect. The balcony setup is smart too, with enough privacy that you can actually relax without feeling like you’re on display. What really struck me was the attention to little details that show they understand their guests – good water pressure in the shower, blackout curtains that actually work, and USB ports positioned where you’d actually use them. The pool area manages to feel sophisticated without being stuffy, and I noticed they keep it clean throughout the day, not just early morning like some places do. Location-wise, you’re close enough to walk to all the action when you want it, but far enough that you’re not dealing with late-night party noise echoing off your windows. I actually slept really well here, which isn’t always guaranteed in Patong. If you’re looking for that sweet spot between luxury and accessibility – where you can enjoy a proper five-star experience without feeling disconnected from the vibrant chaos that makes this part of Thailand special – this place hits that balance pretty well.

  I enjoyed my stay here. We had a swim up pool room and it was so good to have easy access to the main pool as well as our own private space. Prices were reasonable at the pool bar. Close to the beach which was wonderful. Lots of restaurants close by. Quiet at night I found it easy to sleep.
  Staff lovely.
  Breakfast was a reasonable selection and i really enjoyed the Chicken soups!

  The staff are all really friendly and helpful.
  It was my birthday and they gave me a cute cake and decorations on my bed wishing me a happy birthday.
  Location is great the pools are lovely and the roof top resturant and bar is really beautiful.
  Definitely will stay again we have stayed twice already,we had a pool access room.
