The moment you walk into the lobby, there’s this warm, lived-in feeling that’s hard to describe. It’s not trying to be fancy or intimidating like those sterile chain hotels – instead, it feels like someone actually thought about how people want to feel when they’re away from home. The staff genuinely seems to care about what they’re doing, which you can tell pretty quickly during check-in. No rushed clipboard routine or fake smiles, just real people who actually want to help you settle in. I noticed they remember guests’ names after just a day or two, which is honestly refreshing these days.

What really sets this place apart, though, is how they’ve managed to nail that sweet spot between comfort and character. The rooms aren’t huge, but they’re thoughtfully designed – everything you need is actually where you’d want it to be. The beds are surprisingly comfortable (I’m picky about mattresses), and the bathrooms have decent water pressure, which matters more than people admit. There’s this attention to small details that you don’t always find at this price point – like proper reading lights and enough outlets where you actually need them. The soundproofing is pretty solid too; I barely heard my neighbors, even during what seemed like a busy weekend. Honestly, with a 9.2 rating, I was expecting good things, but the consistency really impressed me. You can tell they’re not just coasting on a few nice touches – they’ve thought through the whole experience. The common areas have this relaxed vibe where you actually want to hang out, maybe grab a coffee or just decompress after a long day. It’s the kind of place where you might end up chatting with other travelers without feeling like you’re being forced into some awkward social situation. I’d definitely stay here again, and I’m already thinking about recommending it to friends who want something genuine without breaking the bank.

  The pool, the well kept gardens and landscaping. The bed is comfy. Close enough to everything you need but far enough to be away from the noise. I've stayed before here and I'll probably stay again if I return to phuket.

  The location is great. Walking distance to multiple cafes and restaurants.
  Also, with key card entry it is quite secure.

  The hotel is excellent! We stayed in villa
  101, it was beautiful, clean, big, everything you can possible need, nothing to complain about. The pool is very nice. The breakfast (not included but cheap) was very good. The staff is very helpful. The hotel is situated near restaurants and shops but there was no noise at all. Absolutely will visit there again.

  I can’t say enough good things about this place. I loved it so much, I extended my stay. Feels like a little oasis tucked away off the busy main road. Beds are super comfy, the pool is amazing! Staff are so helpful with anything you might need. The location is good as lots of food options next door but the road is super busy. I rented a bike to get to the beach (Nai Harn) and it took around 15 minutes but there’s plenty of scooter rentals if you’re feeling confident. If I’m ever in the area again I’ll stay here for sure, I had such an amazing week at this place.
