  Friendly and helpful personal. Spacious and well equipped rooms. Small but nice swimming pool (use nice illumination when dark). Good quality wifi. Parking place. Restaurants and shops not too far. Use a car or taxi for longer trips. Hope to stay there again. Price/quality ratio was quite good as of Novemeber 2022.

  This is the second time we have stayed at this villa. The property is still in pretty good condition with a BBQ and onsite washing machine. However the condition of the BBQ is quite worn out and can be replaced.

  has everything for your needs. pool is very good and overall villa is very nice in a calm private area. location in rawai, seafood market and many restaurants near by. also big plus that it has kids rawai park(extra fee) entrance from the area, great for little ones.
